This weekend was quite busy for me. Although, I feel like every weekend is busy for me. That’s the way I like it though-being a busy bee. I always need something to do, it keeps me going! Anyways, my mother and I made our way up to the beautiful city of San Francisco this weekend which was quite a treat. I love going to the city-the lifestyle, the houses, the crisp air. It’s nice to get away from suburbia every once and a while. I could see myself living in the city, too. I love how busy it is and how there is always something to do.
Anyhow, the reason my mother and I made this adventure up to the city was because of the Renegade Craft Fair. If you are into handmade crafts and quirky little things, you would definitely love this fair. It’s a great way to support local artists and their interesting hobbies. This fair happens in a few select cities across the US, and we’re lucky to have it in San Francisco for a weekend. This was my first time going, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I lover the indie-vibe you get when walking through the isles of creative minds, and everyone is oh so friendly.
This fair took place at one of the warehouses at Fort Mason. Lucky enough for us, since we went on a Sunday, there was a delightful local farmer’s market taking place in the same area. Needless to say, finding parking was quite a bee-otch, but we managed to find a parking garage a few streets away-allowing us to take a nice stroll along the water.
